Novarra Aquires Neomar Customer Contracts and Business Team
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill., May 15 -- Novarra Inc., a provider of next-generation wireless data solutions, announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire, in a cash transaction, the customer base and business team of Neomar, Inc., a developer of mobile enterprise infrastructure software located in San Francisco.
Under the terms of the agreement, Novarra acquired Neomar's customer contracts, a technology license, and hired key members of its sales,
marketing and customer support team.
