Automation Development Engineer - for our Itasca, Illinois USA headquarters office.
We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Engineer to architect and develop the tools and processes which will enable an automated quality assurance program. Leading a small team of engineers, the ideal candidate will have experience in developing the necessary architecture, tools and solutions for the automated validation of mobile web client applications. Your design will enable our team of quality assurance engineers to rapidly and effectively assess product quality and usability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of engineering development experience
- Knowledge of Java w/ XML and HTTP HTML
- Experience in test automation for web site and application validation a plus
- Experience in leading a small engineering team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of Operating Systems in Windows environments
- Database / SQL knowledge a plus
- JUnit test experience a plus
- Nagios experience a plus
- BS / MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
- Up to 10% travel may be required
Software Engineers - multiple positions, ranging from entry level to senior engineers for our Cary, North Carolina and Itasca, Illinois USA offices.
Requirements:
- Java / C++ expertise
- Internet technologies (web services, HTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, http, DHTML, etc.)
- Experience developing software for mobile phones using Java(J2ME)
- Experience creating Widgets / Web Apps
- Experience with Unix / Linux
- BS / MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Requirements Engineer - for our Itasca, Illinois USA headquarters office.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in creating software requirements based on internal/external customer input
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in a direct customer-facing role in software development or consulting
- BSEE/BSCS from a four year college
- Hands-on experience in producing clear requirements that drive product development as well as QA and field testing
- Demonstrated experience in wireless data technologies, Internet, Web2.0, client/server, telecommunications, or browser development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Excellent communications skills, with demonstrable expertise in writing, speaking and developing requirements documents
- Microsoft Word and PowerPoint expertise
- Fluent in English; Ability to speak Spanish, German, Italian or a Chinese dialects a plus
- Experience with one or more development paradigms, including RUP and any Agile methodology as well as use-case creation
- Able to travel 10 - 20%
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales, Product Managers, Engineering, OEM and wireless carrier customers to define engineering-level product requirements
- Create detailed technical requirements for the software development teams
- Create detailed User Interface / User Experience requirements specifications
- Create detailed Interface specifications for System interfaces – internal and external
- Participate in customer requirements discussions
- Facilitate test case creation by working closely with QA and field engineering teams
